Senior Network / Data Center Engineer

Design, implement, and support large-scale data center deployments using Arista EOS, EVPN/VXLAN leaf-spine architectures, and automation tools across enterprise client environments.

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Network & Data Center Engineer who will be part of our Professional Services Organization to provide support, guidance and assistance to address specific customer needs. You will work as a technology expert in the Data Center Routing & Switching space to design, implement, and support deployments within a customer infrastructure. Previous Service Provider experience is a huge plus.

Essential Functions

  • Provide support for large Data Center networking deployments
  • Review customer network designs for EVPN, VxLAN, leaf-spine architecture and make recommendations
  • Migrate or interconnect to/from Cisco, Juniper and other vendors to Arista infrastructure
  • Assist with configuration build outs including network provisioning automation using Python, Chef, or Ansible
  • Assist with implementation, change controls, and proof of concepts (POC)
  • Provide bug scrubs and code recommendations
  • Provide interface to TAC, internal development teams, and the customer
  • Translate complex business requirements into Leaf-Spine Network solutions
  • Design Network solutions with advanced BGP and EVPN/VXLAN experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Network Industry Certification preferred (ACE L3, ACE L5, CCIE DC/SP)
  • 10+ years minimum working experience with network technologies including design and deployment of Data Center networks
  • Knowledge and experience in BGP/MP-BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, L2VNI Stretching, L3VNI Routing — REQUIRED
  • Automation: Ansible, Python
  • Arista AVD & CVP experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Senior Network Engineer — Wi-Fi and Routing/Switching

Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise networks with a focus on Wi-Fi, campus, and data center environments across multi-vendor platforms including Arista, Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Network Engineers to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise networks, focusing on Wi-Fi/wireless, campus, and data center environments. Ideal candidates have strong multi-vendor experience in large-scale Wi-Fi AP deployments, wireless integrations, routing/switching migrations, and BGP-based EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This is a remote, customer-facing role involving leading projects, high-availability setups, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, refresh, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi solutions using Cisco, Juniper Mist, Meraki, and Aruba (AP configurations, RF planning, interference mitigation, WPA2/3 security)
  • Configure and troubleshoot NAC / 802.1X authentication with Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass
  • Design and troubleshoot BGP/EVPN/VXLAN in leaf-spine fabrics, OSPF/IS-IS for multi-site data centers
  • Lead platform migrations (VPNs, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, Zero Trust)
  • Manage multivendor switches/routers — Juniper MX/QFX/EX, Cisco Nexus/Catalyst, Arista
  • Optimize networks with monitoring tools and automation using Python and Ansible
  • Conduct POCs, provide documentation, mentor junior engineers, and handle on-call duties

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years as a Network Engineer, 5+ years in senior roles (routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale Wi-Fi AP deployments across multiple sites
  • Expertise in wireless platforms: Cisco, Juniper Mist, Meraki, Aruba
  • Strong knowledge of 802.1X/NAC and Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass

Technical Project Manager — Data Center Migrations

Lead and manage large-scale data center migration projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical execution across complex enterprise infrastructure programs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale data center migration projects for a leading data center networking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, excellent project management skills, and proven success in delivering complex infrastructure migration projects on time and within budget.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of data center migration projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain project plans including resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee and coordinate technical teams to ensure successful design, testing, and migration execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively
  • Conduct status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-migration reviews and lessons learned analysis

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management with a focus on data center migrations
  • Strong expertise in network solutions including EOS, CloudVision, and spine-leaf architectures is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site networking projects with service provider or large financial services clients
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — REQUIRED
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
